Overview

The University of East London (UEL) is a public university in the London Borough of Newham, London, England, based at three campuses in Stratford and Docklands, following the opening of University Square Stratford in September 2013. It gained university status in 1992.

University of East London is one of the UK's most diverse and fast-growing universities, with more than 28,000 students from 120 countries worldwide. The university has a vibrant international alumni network which helps students to stay in touch with each other after finishing their studies.
